Spain-based execution · Asia-fluent · Both sides understood
You came here to close deals.
Not to fight the language
and the logistics.
PeiConnect is your local partner in Spain — trade fair execution, market entry and day-to-day business support, delivered on the ground in Barcelona and Madrid, in Chinese, English and Spanish.

The hard part of Spain
isn't the flight.
Most companies don't get stuck on strategy. They get stuck on execution — because nobody is here.
The booth is booked. Now what?
Customs, stand contractors, power and water requests, waste removal, insurance certificates — every email in Spanish, every deadline on European office hours.
The buyer is at your stand, and the conversation stalls
Three show days give you very little real talking time. If the spec doesn't come across and the terms can't be quoted, they walk.
The show ends, and so does the momentum
Back home, the time difference, the language and the follow-up rhythm all break down. The stand fee ends up buying a stack of business cards.
The people who actually get it done, here.
PeiConnect doesn't plan Spain for you from a slide deck. We are here, executing the Spanish end of your business: the show floor, the suppliers, the customers, the day-to-day contact point. If it needs someone on the ground, that's us.

No big exhibition? Still happy to help.
Not every need is a full trade fair. These are one-off, no-long-term-contract services — the same language and local capability, sized for smaller occasions.
One-off Business Interpretation
ZH–EN–ES live interpretation for a single meeting, factory visit or client visit — half-day or full-day bookings
Business Document Translation
Contract summaries, product materials, email correspondence — small-volume and rush jobs welcome
Single-day Event Support
Smaller events, product launches or buyer visits outside major trade fairs — booked flexibly
Business Day Support
Factory visits · Business meetings · Live interpretation — one point of contact for language and logistics for the whole day
No minimum booking length — a good way to work together once before discussing a longer-term arrangement.
Signing Asian exhibitors
is not the same as keeping them.
PeiConnect works with organisers as a partner on the Asian exhibitor side — not as a staffing or interpretation supplier. We connect recruitment, landing, on-site experience and rebooking into one line.
Asian exhibitor recruitment support
Explaining your show's positioning and value to prospective Asian exhibitors in their language and in their time zone — and following up afterwards, rather than stopping at the mailshot.
Landing and local execution
What actually blocks Asian exhibitors is customs, stand contractors, local suppliers and paperwork. That work gets handled here in Spain, so your team doesn't absorb the back-and-forth.
On-site exhibitor experience
A contact point on the floor during build-up and show days who speaks their language, so issues get solved at the stand instead of turning into complaints to the organiser.
Rebooking and retention
Structured post-show follow-up at the rhythm and in the language Asian exhibitors expect — turning a first-time exhibitor into a returning one.
We don't supply hostesses, event staff or interpreter headcount. That isn't our role.

We know trade fairs — and we speak business
PeiConnect was founded by Pei — born in Taiwan, based in Barcelona for 14 years. She founded and ran her own brand company in Spain for over 12 years, building an international brand from zero and managing multi-store operations, international suppliers and import/export. Having gone through every step of entering a foreign market herself, she started PeiConnect so the next company doesn't have to.
PeiConnect's services are built on business-level Mandarin, English and Spanish, with proven ability to handle buyer meetings and last-minute surprises in high-pressure trade fair environments.
What can be verified
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in the Spanish market
- Full brand operations and cross-border supply chain experience
- Business-level Mandarin, English and Spanish delivery
- Deep local market knowledge
- Hands-on cross-cultural business experience
The founder's own time on the show floor
These are not client case studies. They are stands Pei worked herself, exhibiting with her own food brand. They're here for one reason: she knows what three show days at a stand actually look like.

-
01
Alimentaria
Exhibiting with her own food brand. Stand planning, supplier coordination and buyer hospitality, all in-house.
-
02
HIP
Exhibiting with her own food brand. On-site operations, product sampling and brand presentation.

Frequently asked questions
Do you only work with Taiwanese or Asian companies?
Asian companies are where PeiConnect is strongest, and that's the core focus. But on-site interpretation and business accompaniment are open to any nationality — if you're exhibiting or doing business in Barcelona or Madrid and need Mandarin, English or Spanish support, get in touch.
How far in advance should I book?
There's no fixed rule, but for peak-season fairs like MWC, Alimentaria and HIP, the earlier you reach out the better, to secure availability. One-off interpretation or Business Day Support requests tend to be more flexible.
What's included in the free consultation?
A first 30-minute call to understand your needs, goals and rough scope is free. Anything beyond that requires a signed agreement and deposit before work begins.
What languages do you offer?
Mandarin, English and Spanish — for business communication and professional interpretation.
Which cities do you cover?
Mainly Barcelona (Fira de Barcelona) and Madrid (IFEMA), for fairs and business trips. Other cities in Spain can be arranged on request.
How do the three exhibition packages differ?
Booth Partner covers on-site interpretation and hospitality. Business Concierge adds pre-show buyer meeting scheduling, hotels, transport and business dinners. Gateway Partner adds booth contractor liaison and logistics/customs coordination, for brands using Spain as a gateway to Europe. Happy to talk through which fits during the free consultation.
Your next exhibition —
or your next single day.
MWC, Alimentaria, HIP, or just one meeting that needs an interpreter. Write and tell us the situation. The first 30-minute call is free.
